Trisenox, or arsenic trioxide, is manufactured by Cell Therapeutics, Inc. The
drug is used to treat
leukemia.
Recently, the FDA revealed that Trisenox has been associated with
heart problems such as
QT prolongation and
torsades de pointes. These conditions can be fatal.
